My morning starts at 6 o’clock. at first I drink one glass water with my thyroid tablet. then brush my teeth, after that I go to to kitchen to cook breakfast. next I get my daughter ready for school. my daughter leaves for School at 7 o’clock and my husband leave for office at 9 o’clock. then I practice yoga for about 1 hour . after that I take 1 glass of vegetable juice, that content Ash gourd, coriander leaf ,carrot, cucumber etc. next I water the trees and then I go bath at around 9:30 a.m.after that I spend some time worshipping. I take my breakfast at 10 am. Then at 10:30 a.m. I go to kitchen and spend around 2 hours preparing the lunch.
I tidy the house after cooking. my daughter returns home at 2:30 p.m from school. then most of the time we take our lunch together. after lunch I take one hour rest. my husband returns home around 6 p.m. if he come back early,then takes lunch with us. In the evening I prepare snacks and tea. my husband again leaves for chamber at around 6:30 p.m. after that I teach my daughter for about one and half hours. Then at 8:30 p.m. I go to kitchen to cook dinneer .I take my dinner at 9:30 p.m. I spend 1 hour for watching TV or mobile .at 11p.m I go to bed.
